Posted: Sun 9:21 PM, Sep 16, 2012

One man has taken an unbelievable tragedy and turned it into a positive.

In March 2008 Terry Caffey of Texas lost his wife and two sons in a brutal murder carried out by his daughter's boyfriend.

During the incident Caffey was shot 11 times and left for dead.

He was in Glasgow Sunday Night sharing his story of forgiveness through his group A Cross America Ministries.

"Went through many months of depression and anger and the bitterness and everything you go through in a tragedy like this. But after I came out of the grief god began to speak to my heart about forgiveness. I not only forgave my daughter but also the other young people," says Caffey.

Caffey's story has been heard across the nation after he wrote his own book and appeared on ABC's Final Witness.
