A semi-truck crashes on I-65 Friday afternoon.
It happened around 3:45 on I-65 south, behind Sam's Club.
The truck hit the center wall, bounced off and crashed into a grassy area.
On its way down, the truck clipped a light pole, knocking it into the north bound lane.
Making traffic a nightmare for some drivers.
Luckily for the driver, two employees of Sam's Club, Paul Bower and Matthew Ogg, heard a large crash and ran to his aid.
Ogg says, he jumped inside the flipped cab to assist the drive while Bower helped to bust out the window.
"I guess I wasn't thinking, because I just jumped into the truck, kicked the window in and Paul was pulling the truck door while I was kicking the window out," says Ogg.
"The guy was screaming for help," says Bower, "and was bleeding everywhere. I kicked the window in, pulled him (Ogg) out then pulled out the truck driver. It was pretty crazy."
The truck, from Ohio was headed south.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
