Unique Airshow In Warren County

There was a unique show in the skies this weekend on the east side of Bowling Green.

SKYMAC hosted the Vette City Big Birds at Stahl Field.

Nearly 50 large RC planes took to the skies showing off their best high flying trick. RC planes may not be considered a household hobby, but SKYMAC hopes shows like this catch everyone's attention.

"A lot of people who don't have a common interest in it, or maybe don't even like air craft, its educational for the children about aero dynamics and a lot of times the largest child is the dad who brings his child out here who might want to get into and play," says Chad Wilson who sponsored the event.

The event wrapped up Sunday, but another is planned for September 29 and 30.
