The presidential candidates aren't the only ones campaigning right now.
The United Way of Southern Kentucky is campaigning to raise money to provide for those they help.
Right now the money they have raised is from last year, with different agencies throughout the area giving more.
General Moters has raised the most so far, with more than $76,000
That's $20,000 more than last year.
"The need for services now is higher than it's ever been, and in true Southern Kentucky fashion. People are stepping up to the plate and they are saying, 'What I can give 3, 4, 5 bucks a paycheck, that I can help people throught a tough time," says Mandy Hicks-Baker with the United Way.
