If you didn't get the message, tonight's WKU game was "white out" themed.
The United Way of Southern Kentucky made it easier to take that red and turn it white. They were out at each entry gate at tonight's game giving away free Live United shirts to the first 4,000 fans who arrived.
"Our call to action at United Way is to get everybody to give, advocate, and volunteer, and make the choice to live united. When we all come together and live united, we can do so much more to help out community than we ever could alone," said United Way's Mandy Baker.
The shirt give-away was an attempt to remind the community of their mission of giving, advocating, and volunteering.
U.S Bank, Fruit of the Loom and WKU helped them spread the word. During the game, United Way volunteers passed a bucket for donations through the stands.
