The University of Louisville came to Bowling Green today to visit with students and the public, hoping to make more area students into Cardinals.

They visited Bowling Green and South Warren high schools, and had a concert for local grade school students, featuring several music programs and the UofL band.

University President James Ramsey says they look forward to drawing in more students from the area.

"We have 200 students at the University of Louisville from Warren County, and they're great students. Our goal is to recruit the best students, and there's a lot of great students at all of the high schools here," said University of Louisville President James Ramsey.

UofL wraps up today's visit with a free public concert at SKyPAC tonight at 7p.m. with performances from UofL's band, its symphony orchestra, and several other school musical groups.
