The Vette City Motorcyle Expo made it's way to Bowling Green this weekend.

The first annual event was put on by Bluegrass Biker News out of Owensboro.

It was an opportunity for bikers in the area to get out and look at some motorcycles and accessories.

Event coordinator Jimmy Rhoades says the spring time is the best time of year to put on an event like a motorcycle expo.

"You're ready to get out you know you've got cabin fever from all winter long, so in the spring time it's a good time to grab a motorcycle community, and get the people who are enthusiasts, and get them to an event like this," he says.

Rhoades expects to be back in Bowling Green next year.
