WKU Athletes Teach Kids about Sports

WKU Athletics had a fun-filled day at the Boys and Girls Club of America.

The athletes, with kids from all over the community, spent the day playing games and learning about different sports.

"They look up to a lot of us. And just to show our faces and let them know that we do care about them. And some of them don't have the little role model that they need so it's good to let them know that we're here to help them out," says Jamarcus Allen, defensive tackle for the WKU football team.

Allen says it's important to give back to the community that supports him at his games.
