WKU Inducts 3 Into Distinguished Alumni

To kick off homecoming weekend festivities 3 alumni were inducted into the WKU Hall of Distinguished Alumni.

The trio were honored Friday at the annual HODA luncheon at the Sloan Convention Center.

Those inducted include 1915 graduate General Victor Strahm, who received numerous awards for this military service.

1973 graduate Russell Faxon, a sculptor who has 3 works currently on campus.

And 1960 graduate Margaret Munday who was the first African American undergraduate.
