Another semester is in the books at WKU, but many students still had some work left Sunday afternoon. The residence halls on campus closed Sunday afternoon and that means the students had to pack up and move out. Parking is always a precious commodity on campus but even more so when heavy items have to be moved a long way.
"We live right across from Diddle and everyone coming in for graduation. It was so many people. We've actually had to park in random places because there is no parking anywhere near my dorm... at all!" said WKU Senior Mariel Shumate.
Many who were moving Sunday weren't moving home, but rather across campus to another residence hall to begin classes for the summer.
