Warren County PVA, Bob Branstetter, won the Outstanding Assessment Jurisdiction Award at this year's summer conference in Bowling Green.
The award is presented to the P.V.A. office that has instituted a technical, procedural, or administrative program which is, for that office, an improvement over prior programs.
That program is generally recognized as a component of a model assessment system and a contributing factor to equity in property taxation.
The recipient is honored for following the rules and procedures involved in the fair and equal assessment of property in his or her county.
