Winery Hosts Pre-Game Party For Homecoming
For those who may like the finer things in life one winery hosted a pre-game party in honor of WKU homecoming weekend.
Reids Livery Winery in Alvaton welcomed guests to sample wines, pastries, and take a ride on some of their horses.
The business has grown from a horse farm to a winery over the past 4 years.
The hope to plan more event like Saturday's pre-game party in the future.
"We've had a horse business here for years so we do riding lessons and bordering and take the kids to events. That's another thing we are doing here today is i've got the kids sattled up and they are going to show off their riding and jumping skills," says Owner Diane Reid.
Reid says their wine business continues to grow as they won multiple gold metal awards this year
