Woman Robbed at Gunpoint in Her Home

The Warren County Sheriff's Office says a Bowling Green woman was robbed at gunpoint in her home last night.

Makaylee Robbins was alone in the house she shares with her fiancé when deputies say two masked men entered her home.

"They barged through my front door took me into the bathroom pointed a gun to my head, told me not to move, they went into the bedroom and stole a gun and two X-Boxes," Robbins says.

Makaylee Robbins, 20, never second-guessed her safety in this quiet neighborhood until last night.

When her friend left her house, that's when deputies say just after 6:30 two masked men entered her home.

She says she knows who they were.

"They called me by my name so that's how I knew I could identify who it was, they called me 'Kay', so I knew who it was," she says, "Honestly I thought that I was going to die. It's a shock. I never in a million years thought that they would do that."

Robbins says the men were there about ten minutes and fled with their stuff.

She recalls when she thought her life was over.

"The guy that was masked up, and a gun to my head that's all I could see. At that point I was starting to go into seizures so it was kind of blurry, but I remember that," she says.

Since she is epileptic, Robbins says she suffered several seizures.

"I didn't even know about it until i got off work and she calls me because she went into the emergency room because of her seizures, and I show up at the emergency room and she says we got robbed tonight," Robbin's fiance, Clifton Reece, "I just couldn't believe it. I was in shock."

Reese says he isn't so sure this neighborhood is as safe as he thought.

Robbins says ammunition and some cash were also stolen.
