Emergency Management personnel are getting some money from the federal and state governments to help pay for equipment and training. They need more, though. The incident in Ohio County was against an African American man and his family. The latest incident took place over the weekend against a family from El Salvador.

After the terror attacks on the United States the country banded together in a show of patriotism. Now five years later a south central Kentucky school is coming together in a unique way to show what the flag means to them.
