Marion Co. Inmate Escapes During Work Release
James H. Shell, 45, escaped from the Marion County Detention Center while on work release at the Marion County Animal Shelter.

Shell is a white male, five foot nine, 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He is a diabetic and does require medication. Shell was being held for non-payment of child support. His direction of travel is unknown at this time.
