Kentucky Proud Bourbon Pickled Radishes

Ingredients

1 bunch Kentucky Proud radishes
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Kentucky Proud vinegar
1 tsp Kentucky Proud bourbon salt
1 tsp Kentucky Proud honey
1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns
1 clove Kentucky Proud garlic, peeled

Directions

Wash, trim, and slice the radishes thinly. In a bowl or Mason jar, mix together water, vinegar, bourbon salt, honey, peppercorns, and garlic. Add in the radishes and store in the refrigerator to pickle.
