(OWENSBORO) - According to a federal court employee, ex-Deputy Joseph Adam Minor pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI in Owensboro Tuesday.
Minor said he lied when he told the FBI neither he nor anyone else struck Billy Randall Stinnett while Stinnett was handcuffed on February 24, 2010.
That is the only count to which Minor pleaded guilty. His final sentencing is set for July 31 in Bowling Green.
