Police Say Pharmacy Was Burglarized

Posted: 8:17 AM May 3, 2012
Reporter: Casey Wheeless

Police are investigating an apparent break-in happening at Sheldon's Express Pharmacy on Fairview Avenue in Bowling Green.

Surveillance footage shows it happened around 8:30 Monday night.

Bowling Green Police were called around 6:30 the next morning, after a customer noticed the glass on the front door was broken.

The alleged burglar stole several schedule II drugs, including Oxycodon pills.

These drugs were kept in a locked filing cabinet that was pried open.

Police were able to obtain a few finger prints and surveillance video of the incident.

The subject appears to be a tall skinny white male wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
