Drop Off Used Tires This Weekend in Hart County

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and the Energy and Environmental Cabinet are hosting a free waste tire drop-off later this week.

The program is aimed to reduce illegal and improper tire disposal.

Tires can be on or off rims, and farm tires will be accepted.

The drop-off location is at the KYTC Hart County Maintenance Facility on 31-W, north of I-65.

Tires will be accepted Thursday through Saturday.

You can drop them off between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
