I am not so sure this bill is a good idea. The intention is good,but is it wise to have non-medical personnel "second-guessing" the decisions of properly trained and qualified physicians? On what would the attorney generals office base their idea of what would be excessive? No,I think it is best to leave such decisions up to those trained and experienced enough to do so. If the state wants to do something about this problem they should be looking for ways to deal with the CAUSES of it.rather than adding one more regulatory law to the tomes of them already on the books!
