Apparently the state budget was in good shape and had money to spare back on December 13 2011. Governor Steve Beshear had his 2nd Inauguration excuse me did I say 2nd inauguration yes I did, and declared that day a state Holiday and gave state employees the day off with pay. He should of thought of the budget and when you think about it, that was not a very smart decision. Now State employees will be over worked and suffer loss of pay due to budget cuts. Shame on you Governor. And yes I am a state employee and my job will be affected. Thank You
