No disrespect, but "trash like that" don't break-up marriages. Bad marriages get broken-up by one, or both, spouses not having the "respect" for the other to end the failed relationship decently. I doubt these ladies wanting to work in a swimming attire uniform are interested in anything but working, I also doubt that the "water park" has destroyed many relationships that weren't already in trouble. Face it folks, being clothed, naked, or in anywhere in between, has nothing to do with the divorce rate, I would imaging most adults already have knowledge of what's being hidden or not on the human body by clothes. If you're in a relationship with a person, and they stray due to someones attire, you didn't have much to start with.

I have to wonder if the people making these derogatory comments have even bothered to look at the judge's seven page ruling or are they ignorantly blathering on? Judge Chick posted legal precedent and a clear explanation that this business would be impossible to regulate as the only entrance is in Tennessee, There is still a valid question of how much of the building, if any is in Kentucky.

Typical ignorance and hypocrisy, full support against working in uniform of CHOICE, this case swimming attire! But these same ignoramuses would cry like babies if the issue was concerning smokers and the town being 'smoke-free'. I would hope this winds-up in appeals, law judges, real judges, don't seem to be so closed minded as this spineless elected official who's only real concern is the next election and his job. The issue here is not ladies working in swimming attire but the CHOICE, or lack of, that business owner may or may not have. The Bill of Rights will play into this issue as freedom of speech (artistic attire), it just needs to get out of this hick town politics to get settled. I would think this town already has adult entertainment regulations, which doesn't apply to working in swimming attire, and ABC regulates underage entrance due to serving alcohol. So the judge-exec makes a moral decision, his moral decision, which has nothing to do with rights, regulations, or laws!

Put it on the ballot in Nov? Let the people decide.

And close the water park too. It's full of people frolicking around half naked. Kids even!

we dont need trash like that in our county breaking up marriages.the girls should respect themselves more than to dance around half naked.

Typical bible-belt hypocrisy. What happened to conservatives preaching about capitalism and freedom? Oh, that's right, people only have freedom with them if THEY agree with it. If there are no existing laws against it, it should be allowed. I would be willing to bet that many of these self-righteous people in the community are much different behind closed doors...or away from home where nobody they know sees them.

God bless that Judge! Yes, God WILL bless that Judge!

It is sad that the closed mindedness of our "officials" will lead to the loss of jobs for the entertainers. People have to do what they have to do to survive in this world. Will our dear "officials" be stepping in to replace the income these ladies are losing?
