In my observation and experience in dealing with nursing homes and their operation, the staff in general, do a good job. However, most homes are woefully understaffed and some residents go unchecked for hours at a time. I pity those residents who have no family member to regularly check on them. The owners of nursing homes have raked in big money over the past years and expect to continue to do so. Some people expect nursing homes to give their loved one personal attention all the time which is impossible.

I cant comment about this company. But i tell you they are to be investigated and busted. I know of three alone in bg that should be shut down or fined lots of money due to the treatment of the people their. Shame on these companies..... and anyone that takes advantage of the old and sick.

That just shows to show you how hard it is for a nursing home in kentucky. Don't get me wrong, Im sure there are a couple of bad nursing homes everywhere, but most I've seen are good. If the state/government doesnt watch, there won't be any nurses homes left and no one to take care of them.
