Todd County Car Accident

In Todd County, a driver swerves to avoid hitting a deer carcass and a dog and it turns into a deadly accident.

KSP says 36-year old Julie Roberts of Clarksville, Tennessee was driving on US 79 in Todd County last night just before 11 pm.

When she swerved to avoid the deer and dog in her path, she lost control and flipped the car.

Roberts was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene of the crash.

The passenger, 34-year old Amy Jurisin of Woodlawn, Tennessee was taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center but is expected to survive.
