Reporter: Kentucky State Police Post 4 - Elizabethtown

(ELIZABETHTOWN) – Kentucky State Police say 30-year-old Jessica L. Fisher of Elizabethtown was killed in a crash in Hardin County Tuesday.

KSP says a red 1991 Honda Accord was northbound on Boone Road when, for unknown reasons, it left the road on the right shoulder and struck a tree. None of three occupants, all from Elizabethtown, were wearing a seat belt.

The driver, David L. Stallins II, 26, sustained serious life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to the University of Louisville Hospital. The front seat passenger, Matthew S. Stallins, 25, was also seriously injured, and airlifted to University of Louisville Hospital. Tpr. Brian Mouser is investigating the crash.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that materials consistent with the manufacturing of methamphetamines were found inside the Honda Accord. Charges related to the mobile meth lab will be handled by the Hardin County Drug Task Force. Those charges are pending.
