Stallins, 25, was also seriously injured, and airlifted to University of Louisville Hospital. Tpr. Brian Mouser is investigating the crash.
Upon further investigation, it was discovered that materials consistent with the manufacturing of methamphetamines were found inside the Honda Accord. Charges related to the mobile meth lab will be handled by the Hardin County Drug Task Force. Those charges are pending.
