Send Man from Independence Pleads Guilty to Reckless Homicide

BURLINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- A northern Kentucky man has pleaded guilty to reckless homicide in the highway death of a 32-year-old man.

Vance Coyle of Independence also pleaded guilty yesterday in Boone County Circuit Court to not having insurance.
