Vettleson’s Home Run Not Enough on Thursday Night

Bowling Green, KY – On Thursday night at Bowling Green Ballpark, Drew Vettleson’s seventh home run of the season was overshadowed in the Bowling Green Hot Rods’ (3-4, 41.36) 8-3 loss at the hands of the Lansing Lugnuts (4-3, 51-25). The defeat in game one of the three-game set represents the first time this season that the Hot Rods have lost four consecutive games. Alejandro Segovia also recorded three hits and drove in a run for the Hot Rods in the loss.
