Police have arrested Bryan Case and charged him with leaving the scene of an accident and assault. Police say back in August, Truman Burden was hit while riding his motorcycle by two men, one believed to be Case, that had attempted to assault him just minutes before. Witnesses say the two men jumped out of the truck as the motorcycle approached the intersection of highways 175 and 181, then swung a tire tool at Burden. Witnesses say Burden speed away but the truck caught up with him striking him from behind, then left the scene. Case is currently being held in the Muhlenberg County Jail.
