Republican Congressional Candidate Andy Barr has been invited to speak at the GOP's national convention on August 27th. Barr, a Lexington Attorney, is challenging democratic U.S. Representative Ben Chandler in Kentucky's 6th District. He plans to criticize the Obama Administration and the policies, he says, cost Kentuckians their jobs. Chandler and Barr's senate race is expected to be Kentucky's most competitive general election congressional race.
