FRANKLIN, Ky. (AP) -- A Bowling Green company that needed to expand has decided to do so in neighboring Simpson County.
Industrial Automation will use a vacant building in Franklin, about 20 miles from its current facility. Gov. Steve Beshear's office says the expansion will bring 26 news jobs and a $1.8 million investment.
The company designs and manufactures custom assembly and automation equipment.
The state has approved the company for tax incentives up to a half-million dollars.
