HORSE CAVE, Ky. (AP) -- Travelers may find slow going on Interstate 65 around Hart County for a few days.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says northbound motorists should prepare for delays as they near the bridge work at the Green River around mile point 62.
The cabinet says traffic is being reduced to one lane from 7 a.m. to about 6:30 p.m. CDT each day through Wednesday.
Highway officials say another project south of the Green River bridges also means there is no shoulder space for stopping.
U.S. 31W may also be delayed, and the cabinet recommends through traffic should consider exiting I-65 at exit 20 in Bowling Green and taking the Natcher Parkway north to the Western Kentucky Parkway east and then taking exit 137 to rejoin I-65 north at Elizabethtown.
