Police say Tyrone Wilson was seen lying on the side of the interstate waving a white shirt attempting to stop vehicles. He told them he had been struck from behind by a vehicle. After receiving a tip, police located and arrested Kyle Herbert (22). Herbert is charged with wanton endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident. Alcohol is believed to involved. Herbert is being held in the Warren County Regional Jail, while Wilson was transported to The Medical Center.
