Man Killed in Lawn Mowing Accident

DANVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- A Lincoln County man has been killed in a lawn mowing accident.

63-year-old Harold Denham died when his riding mower overturned on a hill and pinned him between the machine and a woven wire fence. The county coroner said Denham died because his body was positioned in a way that he couldn't breathe.

Coroner Farris Marcum said Denham's wife found him about a half-hour after the accident and called for help.

Denham had recently retired from Eastern Kentucky University.
