LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Thousands of veterans will be converging on Louisville later this month for the annual Veterans of Foreign Wars national convention.
The event is scheduled for July 20-25 at the downtown Kentucky International Convention Center.
More than 10,000 delegates are expected to attend the event, and officials predict it will generate more than $5 million of economic activity for Louisville.
Delegates will attend workshops, vote on organizational bylaws and hear presentations from guest speakers.
