Around two dozen local riders left from the Harley-Davidson dealership toward their final destination of Lawrenceburg. It was all part of the statewide Ride To Remember event. The purpose of the event, is to raise money to build a memorial for all of the fallen soldiers of the Kentucky National Guard. The event featured more than one thousand motorcycles, a car show, and live music all day. The memorial is planned to be built in front of the Boone national Guard Center in Frankfort.
