The weather was close to perfect outside on Sunday but inside the St. Jude Dream Home, was the place to be. With under one week left to purchase St. Jude Dream Home tickets, folks flocked to the house to get one last look.
"I loved it from the outside, i love the inside." said Terri Daugherty, who was diagnosed with caner one year ago.
And though the decorations aren't part of the giveaway , they were pretty impressive.
"it's my taste. It's completely my taste. If i took the house the furniture is completely my taste." Daugherty explained.
Some have even picked out their rooms, if they win that is. But not everyone likes the house exactly the way it is now.
Lillie Wilson says, "I'm going to paint it purple with butterflies."
So with the decorations picked out, all there is to do now is choose who gets what room.
When Wilson was asked where her sister would stay, she replied, "She gets to go all the way upstairs."
Well one thing is for certain, who ever does win the house, can do whatever they want with it to make it feel like home.
But it's not all about winning.
"I purchased a ticket myself, but for whoever wins it but i think it's great for going to charity. said Diane Meyer-Gibbs.
All the money raised goes straight to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital and also to cancer research.
