WKU's International Student and Scholar Services are doing what they can to make sure the school's international students get a taste of the experience at their annual Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner. Naturally with any first meal experience there can be a little apprehension towards the food.
"I'm a vegetarian and I thought everything would be non-vegetarian and I was glad to see a lot of variety for me. I enjoyed the food. It was good." said Sneha Murthy, who is originally from India.
More than two hundred students attend the event every year and it's become a tradition for the students who come to WKU from around the globe to meet one another at the event.
