More people appear to be paying their credit cards on time.

More people appear to be paying their credit cards on time.
The delinquency rate on bank-issued cards dropped in the third quarter of this year.
With delinquencies being highest in states like Nevada, Florida, Arizona, and California, with good reason, those states are the hardest hit by the housing crisis.
Consumers appear to be paying more attention to their credit card bills while cutting back on spending.
