Michael Vick Still in Legal Trouble

There's more legal problems for NFL quarterback Michael Vick.

A Virginia prosecutor now plans to seek dogfighting indictments against Vick.

District Attorney Gerald Poindexter said he will present a host of bills of indictment regarding the case to a grand jury.

Vick already faces one to five years in prison after pleading guilty in August to a federal dogfighting conspiracy charge.

As part of the plea agreement with federal prosecutors, Vick admitted he participated in a dog fighting conspiracy.
