The National Men's Fast pitch Softball Tournament will be in Bowling Green for the first time in 35 years.

The tournament starts tomorrow at 5 PM and continues through Monday at Buchanan Park.

This year record numbers were set for the number of teams competing.

Buchanan Park's Manager Brenda Petty says the teams will be coming from different areas of the country.

"They're coming in from New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, Texas, Georgia so we're excited by hosting this tournament but this is the Men's fast pitch," said Brenda Petty.

There will be a Bowling Green Men's Softball Team competing in the tournament.
