A judge in Minnesota rejects the effort by Senator Larry Craig to withdraw his guilty plea.
The Idaho Republican entered the plea after being arrested in an airport sex sting.
He has maintained his innocence and said his actions in the airport men's room were mis-interpreted by the officer who arrested him.
On Oct. 4, the judge described Craig's plea as "accurate, voluntary and intelligent" and said the conviction is "supported by the evidence."
As a result, the effort to withdraw the plea was denied.
Senator Larry Craig is vowing to serve out the rest of his term in office.
At this point, Craig can still appeal the ruling, but it's not clear yet if he will.
