The Balloons, Tunes, and Barbecue Festival kicks off at the Warren County Regional Airport tomorrow.
Carnival vendors and workers spent the day cleaning and preparing their equipment for the incoming crowd.
A couple of workers say setting up for a carnival is hard work.
But they also say making sure rides and stands operate properly is a key component for festival safety.
"Alot of hard work, alot of sweat. Got all these rides to set up and maintain and inspect. Safety is the number one priority of course. Alot of man power, alot of elbow-grease," said Paul DeHeart.
"Everything you see here, we set it up and take it down. We make sure everything is working perfectly. Cause we don't want any accidents to occur," said Warren Chapman.
The festival will begin tomorrow and ends Sunday. And remember it's free admission and free parking.
