Members of the United Auto Workers from Louisville's Ford plants are in Bowling Green giving union information to employees at Bowling Green Metal Forming.
The company, also known as Magna, builds frames for the two Ford plants in Louisville.
The UAW has been spreading their information to Bowling Green Metal Forming since July.
They say they were asked to come here.
"The union doesn't solicit unless we're called upon,so that's the position we are in--just letting them know what the union can do for them." explained Rocky Comito, president of the UAW Local 862.
UAW representatives say in addition to making Magna a better workplace, they are also stressing better quality through union representation.
