A Kentucky State Trooper, charged in the death of a DUI suspect, may have his trial moved to another county.
Earlier this year, the Adair County grand jury indicted Trooper B.J. Burton on a charge of reckless homicide.
Burton arrested Billy Phillips June 1.
Police say Phillips was seriously injured during a scuffle with Burton at the Adair County Jail.
Phillips later died at UK Hospital.
At a pre-trial hearing in Adair County on Oct. 23, a motion was filed for a change of venue.
A hearing on that will be held November 6.
Burton's jury trial is scheduled for December.
