A Warren County man will be sentenced on Nov. 5 for dog-fighting.
Last April, 22-year-old Joe Moore, Jr. was arrested on drugs and dog-fighting charges.
On Sept. 21, he pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana and first-degree cruelty to animals.
Monday, Moore will be sentenced to five years in prison.
But in a plea agreement, he will only serve six-months if he makes restitution to the Drug Task Force and does not own a dog or live in a residence that has dogs for the last four-and-a-half years of his sentence.
