OJ Simpson Back in Court for Armed Robbery Case

OJ Simpson is back in court.

The 60-year-old Heisman Trophy winner sat with his table of attorneys for a probable cause hearing in the armed robbery case against him.

Simpson is accused of bursting into a Las Vegas hotel room on Sept. 13 with five other men and taking sports memorabilia at gunpoint from two dealers.

Simpson denies a gun was involved.

"It doesn't really matter under the law whether OJ Simpson himself held the gun. The key issue is did he know that there was going to be force used--that there would be a gun there," said legal analyst Lori Levenson.

The prosecution's witnesses, including former co-defendants who have reached plea deals on lesser charges, are expected to testify.
