A group of area parents are worried after hearing about a decision to stop transportation from an area school to an after school program.
Local parents received a letter from Warren County schools on Friday. It said a bus will no longer take students from Warren Elementary school to the Girls Inc. after school program.
Many of the parents said they depend on the program to take care of their daughters while they are at work.
Thirty-four students participate in the program from Warren East. Assistant Superintendent David Eakles said the buses will now take the girls home even if a parents is not there.
