Thirty-year-old Melvin Turnbill of Smithville Tennessee was arrested outside a Cave City Motel parking lot early Wednesday morning.
He was inside his truck with a meth lab. He was wanted for murder that was apparently the result of a drug deal in DeKalb County TN. He is in the Barren County Jail.
