Accused Taylor Shooter Wants Plea Deal

A lawyer for the accused gunman in the killing of NFL star Sean Taylor wants to reach a plea deal.

On Dec. 5, the judge denied bail for 17-year-old Eric Rivera during a brief appearance by video-conference in a Miami courtroom.

On Dec. 4 his three older co-defendants were also denied bail.

All four are charged with first-degree felony murder and armed burglary.

Rivera's lawyer says the teen isn't admitting any wrongdoing, but he's eager to discuss the possibility of a deal with prosecutors.

Police have said the Washington Redskins safety was the victim of a botched burglary.
